Key questions
1) Where do we want to be in the next 3-5 years?
The enterprise mainly focuses on developing local products/initiatives to connect in a wider good market. First of all our approach will be to search local products that are important for community people for their daily life/ livelihood. It is better to produce the products with local goods using developed technic/international standard with natural and healthy process. Creating a local market/building bridge within the producers/local communities and wider consumers without third parties. It is also essential to procure goods/ raw materials from global markets and to search good market for our local goods. For wider collaboration it may need to make contact with local/global investors and producers for each other’s common interest /benefits. Initially we will start producing some items for the local market and import/export some important items and set up some business strategies for a long term self sustaining policy, for a big investment and investment with other groups.
2) What strategic goals do we have for the coming year?
We focus on eco-friendly development practices that encompass strengthening livelihoods, and dignified work , food and nutrition security, locally engaged with various productions with developing pro-poor market engagement and who are marginalized, excluded and leave behind development policies, also including unskilled men and women in remote rural or urban areas in various part of Bangladesh.

3) What is the tactical plan for delivering on these goals/ objectives?
Bangladesh is a country with a large population, where most of our people generally live under poverty and engage in unproductive ways in many cases. We eagerly desire to engage the people in some productive ways by promoting their social and economic ways of development and Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP) as a part of social transformation from moral obligations to implementation. Creating solutions for the poor and marginalized people to sell their products, provide supply services, sell their labor or consume products and services, they are often excluded from these value chains and unable to participate in or utilize market opportunities for their advantage. We facilitate the engagement of extremely poor people in markets, working with marginalized communities and powerful international cooperation alike to promote mutually beneficial, pro-poor solutions to market challenges. We also build innovative social enterprises, supporting local entrepreneurs to provide essential products and services to underserved communities which generate their own incomes by creating an enabling, sustainable environment in which our other interventions can flourish. We emphasize on sustainable community led total development where the community builds solidarity, dignity, trust, and recognizes their capacity to create change together. Inclusion is crucial to Community-Led Development, it engages social elites and marginalized groups alike, including women and men from all socioeconomic, ethnic and religious backgrounds. We believe in environmentally sustainable practice in every social, economical, target group engagement, policy development activities.
